History:
Segatec Sdn Bhd was established in April 1994, Initial purpose was served as an in house laboratory for Vitar Group and in April 1997 Acquired it’s ISO/IEC G25 accreditation from Department of Standard Malaysia (DSM) for Calibration Scope in which after Segatec started Customer Development Program by conducting Public Seminar to educate customer on Calibration, Heat, Temperature and Humidity Electrical, Dimensional and Mechanical Applications.
April 2002 Segatec successfully transferred over to new scope ISO/IEC 17025 and In view of expansion in Segatec Sdn Bhd. May 2003 the Management has taken a decision to change its name to Vitar-Segatec Sdn Bhd.
In view of our accreditation demonstrates the competence of a laboratory to produce technically valid data and results. Our SAMM endorsed calibration certificates is well accepted and is a stamp of assurance to all our business partners.
